Homework Requests

 

If your child is going to be absent for 1-2 days call the attendance office (see reminder below for the phone number) to excuse the absence and then email the teachers to ask about making up work or have your child ask the teacher about make-up work when he/she returns to school. Most teachers allow one day for every day missed to make up work. However, not all work can be made up. It is up to the teacher whether or not to allow the student to make up work if the student is suspended or if the absence is not excused. You can find teacher's email addresses in our Directory.

If your child is going to be out of school for 3-5 days contact the attendance office so they can issue a Homework Request to each of the teachers. The teachers need 24 hours notice to gather and deliver the homework to the front office.

If your child is going to be absent for more than 5 days please call the attendance office and Mrs. Halter in the Counseling office, 760-244-2283 Ext 4763 Reminder: Whenever your child is absent please call the attendance office at 760-244-2283 extension 4759 or 4778.
